All of our faux floral and plant arrangements are made to order. Please allow extra time for these orders to be made. Artificial water needs 2 days to set. Signature shall be taken on receipt. Returns and Order cancellations are as per policy.
COD is available for eligible UAE orders. Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm delivery details before dispatch. PAYMENT PROCESS: Once you place an order on our website or whatsapp, our Customer Service agent will call you for Order confirmation and 50% of the total bill payment needs to be made after phone confirmation in order to proceed with your order. Rest of the 50% payment can be made as Cash on Delivery for Customers in UAE.
Most orders are coordinated within 3-7 business days after confirmation. Delivery scheduled mostly on Wednesdays and Sundays. Larger pieces or busy periods may require additional coordination.

Free delivery is offered on orders of 300 AED or more anywhere in UAE. Orders less than 300 AED will be subject to a 30 AED delivery fee in UAE. We deliver across major UAE areas and will confirm availability, timing, and any special handling requirements before delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, contact support within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and item so our team can review a replacement or resolution.
As our Florists make to order and customization are confirmed over a call, hence returns not accepted for custom orders. For Returns are accepted only for eligible unused items in original condition and packaging after support approval. Custom, final-sale, and damaged-by-use items are not returnable.
